Buehler returns to Stampede

Rome NY native Dan Buehler will be back in uniform with the Stampede for the 2015-2016 season.  Buehler, the sturdy 6' 200lb blueliner will once again be leading the Stampede with the hopes of reaching his goal of playing NCAA hockey.  "Dan is a solid player both on and off the ice.  He works harder than most players on a daily basis and is comitted to helping the Stampede once again return to its winning ways in 2015-2016" States Stampede GM / Head Coach Mike Beavis.  "We are very happy that Dan is back with us this season, I think good things will happen for him college wise as long as he keeps it simple and plays his physical style of play."  Buehler is known for his aggressive stand up style of play and the ability to step up and make opponents pay with huge open ice hits. The Stampede will count on the veteran Buehler to shore up the blueline and shut down its opponents during the upcoming season.  With several new faces added to the Stampede line-up it will be a far different team than last season.

Over the next several weeks the Stampede will introduce all of their players for the upcoming season as well as bring you exciting news on the NA3EHL, USA Hockey and the team itself as well as an in depth look at Morrisville State College and the Morrisville Ice-Plex, the new home of the Stampede.
