Stampede add Highly skilled forward Hunter Soden

     The Syracuse Stampede have added some artistic skill to the 2015-2016 team by signing forward Hunter Soden.  "Coach Myers had Hunter up last season to skate with us and we really liked what we saw during his visit. " Stated Coach Beavis.  Coach Myers played a big part in recruiting Hunter in the early goings of 2015.

     Soden a 96' birth year player is 5'10" 160 lbs from Pequannock NJ can really move the puck and has very good vision on the ice.  Hunter speant last season playing for the New Jersey Colonials U18 AAA in the AYHL putting up 10 points in 18 games. Hunter also played for Pequannock High School where he finished third in points for the Panthers.  Hockey is not the only sport Hunter plays as he is ranked as one of the better players in NJ for Lacrosse.  Hunter will be attending Morrisville State College full time this season as he plays for the Stampede in hopes that he may catch the eye of Morrisville College Head Coach Kevin Krogol for the following season.

    "Hunter should be one of our top producing forwards this season".  added Coach Myers, "He has great hands and is very slippery around the net and has the ability to move the puck or dent the back of the twine with it.  He will be a fun player to watch this season for sure !"

  The Stampede begin training Camp August 31st 2015 at Morrisville State College.
